Where are your cookies made?
Our delicious cookies are baked at our traditional family bakery in Northampton which has been established since 1910.
Do your cookies come individually wrapped?
Yes! Our cookies are individually wrapped in cellophane bags to keep them fresh and so they’re ready to gift to friends & family!
If you order more than one box of 10, your order may come together in one box.
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies will last up to two months if kept wrapped.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies range in size depending on the cookie, however our shaped are all around 3-4”.
How do you print on your cookies?
We print photos onto our cookies using edible frosting sheets with edible ink.
Can you print any photo onto a cookie?
Yes! Simply send us a clear, high-quality photo or logo.
If your photo is copyrighted, it is your responsibility to check you have the correct license to use it. Please see full Copyright details in our Terms & Conditions here.
Will my colours be exact?
Here’s where it can get tricky. As we use edible ink, some colours may not print exactly as you see them on screen.
Do you make bespoke orders?
Depending on design, we might be able to help. Send us over an email with the details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
For orders over 150 cookies we might be able to offer a discount, please send us an email to discuss.
How long will my order take?
All of our cookies are freshly baked to order therefore we need at least 2 days to process your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days.
What if I don’t want my cookies for another 2 months, can I order ahead?
If you are extra organised you can place your order
with us and choose "Pre-Order" at checkout. Make sure you put the date you need them for in the ‘Special Instructions?' box at
checkout. Then leave us to it, you will receive your delicious cookies 1-2
weeks before your date!
How much is postage?
We include UK delivery on all orders on our store, so there will be no extra costs at checkout!
Will they fit through my letterbox?
Sorry, no. Please make sure there is someone at your address to receive your delicious cookies.
What happens if my cookies get damaged?
We try our best to ensure our cookies are packaged good enough to get to you without breaking. However, they are a freshly baked biscuit so slight damages might occur.
If your cookie design is extra fragile, we do pop in a few extra cookies on big orders just to be safe.
I'm sending as a gift, will I get an invoice?
We do not include any order details in our boxes, just freshly baked delicious cookies!
You will receive an invoice by email.
Do you make gluten free?
No, we don’t make gluten free cookies, sorry!
Are your cookies suitable for vegans?
Yes – our delicious family recipe is free from dairy and egg.

No, however there are other freshly baked goods at our bakery that do contain soya.
Do you make different flavours?
No, our cookies come in one flavour, however it’s a delicious one!
Can I cancel my order?
We try to get our orders out as quick as possible, so once an order has been placed you will have 2 hours to cancel your order.
