How long do your cookies last?
Our cookies come with approx. 2 month shelf life.
How do I order?

What are your lead times?
Our usual lead time is usually 1-2 weeks, from payment to delivery.
What is your MOQ?
We have a minimum order quantity of just 25 cookies for custom wholesale cookies.
Our retail packs of mixed designs have a MOQ of 100 cookies.
How do your cookies come packaged?
Our cookies come individually wrapped in biodegradable clear bags with allergen & best before stickers, with a website link to our full ingredients list.
This is a legal requirement and cannot be removed.
Are you VAT registered?
We are VAT registered, however there is no VAT on cookies so there is no additional VAT fees on top of our prices.
Are all designs available?
No, lots of our designs are exclusive to us and/or other companies - for example our sprinkle range is not available for wholesale.
