We include Royal Mail 48 delivery on all orders on our store, so there will be no extra costs at checkout!

We do have delivery upgrades at checkout too if you're looking for quicker or tracked delivery options.

Our cookie cards & letterbox sets fit through most letterboxes, only if it is 1 per order otherwise they may be shipped together in bigger boxes.

Please make sure there is someone at your address to receive your delicious cookies, depending on what you order they may also need signing for.

Yes! Our cookies are individually wrapped in compostable clear bags to keep them fresh and so they’re ready to gift to friends & family! Our bags are made from natural, renewable resources that are both compostable & biodegradable. Biodegrading will be initiated in a soil, compost or waste-water environment where micro-organisms are present.

We do not include any order details in our boxes, just freshly baked delicious cookies!

You will receive an invoice by email. If you would like us to pop a note into the box, please let us know on the order page in the 'gift note' box.

Our cookies will last up to two months if kept wrapped & at room temperature.

Our cookies range in size depending on the shape, however our shaped are all around 3" and weigh approx. 80-95g.

We print photos onto our cookies using edible frosting sheets with edible ink. We can print almost anything, simply upload a clear, high-quality photo or logo that isn't too dark.

If your photo is copyrighted, it is your responsibility to check you have the correct license to use it. Please see full Copyright and printing details in our Terms & Conditions.

Here’s where it can get tricky.

As we use edible ink, some colours may not print exactly as you see them on screen - purple & blue do not tend to print well.

We also recommend sending bright, light images without many dark colours or images with small, fine wording as these also do not print well.

All of our cookies contain gluten, sorry!

Yes, our delicious family recipe is free from dairy and egg & is suitable for vegans.

Unfortunately we don't post outside of the UK, but check our stockists page as some of those might.

We try to get our orders out as quick as possible, so once an order has been placed you will have 1 hour to cancel your order but this is not always possible. A cancellation fee may be applicable.

We try our best to ensure our cookies are packaged well enough to get to you without breaking. However, they are a freshly baked biscuit so slight damages might occur.

Please contact us if there are any major damages to your cookies and we will see what we can do.

Have you checked the inside lid of the box? If the sender included a gift note, it will be on a white sticker on the inside brown lid.
